Exchange & Return Policy

Because our items are made to order, our policy is exchange only. If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us through Etsy within 14 days of the item’s delivery.


The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of item. We will cover the cost to ship the new item to you.


We will ship your exchange as soon as possible after receiving the return package. Though we do our best to get exchanges out as quickly as possible, new orders typically take priority, so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item.
Returns are typically not accepted, however if there is an issue with your order please reach out and we will assist!
